Mental Health

As dancers, we strive to give our body what it needs to stay active and healthy, but our physical body is not the only part of ourselves on which we rely. Mental wellness plays a crucial role in the relationship with self, and others, on and off the dance floor.  Mental health should be a top priority! Depression, anxiety, eating disorders as well as many other mental health conditions are common, and there is no shame in struggling. We ALL have mental health, and it’s about time we start talking about it.

To get started, we created a list of the top mental health providers in the country. We hope you find this information useful.
